Check-in: On arrival the apartment are available from 1 p.m.
Check-out: On the day of departure we ask you to kindly free the apartment by 10 a.m.
Booking:
When booking an apartment via Email, the guest expressly declares to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
Binding reservation:
For a binding reservation, we ask you to wire a deposit of 30% of the apartment rate. Please understand that the deposit is forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellation terms:
(In accordance with Art. 1832 of the Civil Code) In the event of a written cancellation occurring within 21 days prior to arrival, we will try to rent the apartment to another guest. If we are unable to do so, the deposit will be forfeited. In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire amount of the booked days will be billed at 100% of the price.

Local tax:
In addition to the accommodation price, the statutory local tax is charged per person per night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
